Core task for the future: the 2nd phase Gflash Tuning
Once passive material description is completed, we need to

1) refine longitudinal responses in central/crack/plug
use all available data: minbias/single track trigger/test beam
study both hadronic and electromagnetic shower profile/correlation
2) generalize lateral hadronic shower responses, especially at p > 5 GeV/c
current EM lateral should be fine, check Lshr for low/high pt electron
3) validate dijet balance as well as single track responses
4) estimate systematic uncertainties in Had/Em responses

Other important tasks:
PES simulation really need to be improved, especially for position related variables.
CES/CPR frozen shower libs should be upgraded

Wish task:
Realistic calorimeter simulation (cf. ideal calorimeter simulation with runnum=1)
