Graduate Student Completed Thesis Update Form

This form is intended to add or update information for completed CDF theses in the CDF Graduate Student Thesis page. Before entering information on this page, your thesis should have been posted to the CDF Notes database. If you have trouble posting your thesis, fill in as much of the information as you can below, and let us know in the comments section where we can find a postscript file of your thesis, and a plain text file with the abstract and any other relevant information. Note that the Abstract will also be viewable outside the collaboration.

If you have any other difficulties, fill in as much information as you can and explain the problems in the comments box and we will assist you.

Use this form to enter your Advisor's name, institution, thesis title graduation date and CDF note number. This information will be added to the database after it has been checked. Please check back in a few days to make sure the information added is correct.
