Candidate will work in the Beams Division contributing to machine 
operation, improvements, diagnostics, and planning. Candidate will 
perform shift work during machine studies periods. Candidate will 
assist with short term and long term studies planning. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Make access into beam enclosures and work in 
radiation and ODH areas. Assist in prioritizing, planning, 
implementing, and analyzing beam studies. **** PhD in physics. 
Internationally recognized expertise in high energy physics or 
accelerator physics. Supervisory experience on technical projects.
