Topdrawer Version 5.12 is available on cdfsga.

It is setup with the command
  > setup topdrawer

This is a "modern" version of Topdrawer, the only printers 
supported are PostScript printers, and the only displays supported
are X displays.

Typical commands are 
  > td ~wicklund/topdrawer/mwmtop postscript
  > td ~wicklund/topdrawer/mwmtop psp
  > td ~wicklund/topdrawer/mwmtop x
