Level 3 Interactions with Databases

The following is known or assumed:

1. Level 3 will need access to the Calibration DB and the Trigger Table DB.
2. There will be a calibration validation process that produces the "Valid_Set" of calibrations for level 3 (possibly different than the online hardware valid set). When a "Valid_Set" is actually used by Level 3 it will be promoted to a "Used_Set" for Level 3 for that run. This "Used_Set" will need to be accessed by the consumers and Stage0.
3. Each processing node of level 3 will receive a flat file containing the database constants to be used for that run.
