Each Button has associated with it a Descriptive Text String and optionally
a Response Text String and a User Information Text String. The Response
Text String is used by Action Menus and forms the text that is inserted into
the UIPACK Buffer when the Button is selected. The User Information Text String
is not visible to the User, but may be used by the Application Programmer
to contain additional information corresponding to each button.
