We describe the observation of the B(c) meson through its
semileptonic decays, B(c) --> J/psi l nu, and the measurements of the B(c)
mass, lifetime and production rate in the CDF detector at Fermilab.  We also
present estimates for B(c) production and decay into other final states in
the forthcoming run of the upgraded CDF and Tevatron.
