Forward detectors are described together with the first physics
results from Run II.  Using new data and dedicated diffractive triggers, a
measurement of single diffractive dijet production rate, with particular
focus on the diffractive structure function of the antiproton, is discussed.
Upper limits on the exclusive dijet and chi0_c production cross sections
are also presented.
