Precision studies of top quark properties are a primary goal of
the Run II physics program at the Fermilab Tevatron.  Marking the first
stages of this program, the CDF collaboration presents recent results on top
pair production cross section, single top physics and top mass, using
between 109 and 200 pb-1 of Run II data.
