We measure the ratio R = B(t --> Wb)/B(t --> Wq) in top-quark
decays at CDF.  R is determined from the relative rates of identified b jets
in tt-bar decays reconstructed both in the lepton-plus-jets and dilepton
final states.  We obtain R > 0.62 at the 95% CL, consistent with Standard
Model expectations.
