This contribution reports recent CDF measurements of the
inclusive b-jet and bb-bar dijet production cross sections obtained at the
Tevatron Run II in p anti-p collisions at s**(1/2) = 1.96 TeV.  Preliminary
results are in reasonable agreement with QCD predictions.
