Abstract
We present a direct measurement of the W production charge asymmetry
using an integrated luminosity of 1 fb-1. We use a new
analysis method which directly reconstructs the W rapidity. We
consider two possible W rapidity solutions because of the unknown
longitudinal momentum of the neutrino from the W decay. We
determine the relative contribution of the event to the two solutions
according to the V-A decay structure of the weak interaction and
the dependence of W boson rapidity upon the differential
cross-section, d(&sigmaW)/dy.
