Measurement of the Drell-Yan cross section in $p\bar{p}$ collisions at CDF at the Tevatron

A preliminary measurement of the Drell-Yan cross 
section $\sigma(p\bar{p}\rightarrow\mu^+\mu^-)$ for dimuon 
masses in the range 30 - 200 GeV$/c^2$ is presented.  The 
data were taken by the CDF Collaboration, and correspond 
to an integrated luminosity of 1 fb$^{-1}$ for
$p\bar{p}$ collisions at an energy of 1.96~TeV$/c$.  The 
data are compared to NLO calculations of this cross section.
