Model Independent Search for diphoton+Jet/missing $E_T$ events at CDF

 We present a model-independent search for anomalous production of 
$\gamma\gamma$ + missing transverse energy and $\gamma\gamma$+jets events in 
1 fb$^{-1}$ of data collected with CDF II detector. The observed number of events 
is consistent with the sum of a predicted number of fake and Standard Model events. 
We report kinematic distributions and background counts.
