A search for the SM Higgs boson in the diphoton decay channel is reported using data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 10.0 fb^-1. We improve upon the previous CDF result by incorporating approximately 43% more data. No excess is observed in the data over the background prediction and 95% C.L. upper limits are set on the production cross section times the H→γγ branching ratio for hypothetical Higgs boson masses between 100 and 150 GeV/c².
