Preliminary results for the measurement of the inclusive b-jet cross section in RunII,
based on about 150 pb^-1 of data collected from February 2002 to September 2003.
The analysis uses jets in the central rapidity region (0.1<|y|<0.7)
reconstructed with the MidPoint algorithm in a P_T(jet) range of 30 GeV to 210 GeV
(uncorrected) and exploits the good tracking capabilities of the CDF detector
to tag b-jets by reconstructing secondary vertex with the SecVtx algorithm.
The measurement is corrected in average for detector effects and compared to
the leading order Monte Carlo predictions from Pythia (tune A).

The distribution is normalized to the effective number of inclusive jets, taking into account different luminosity for each sample and relative luminosity between Data and MC.
