Description
We have measured the ratio of the "observed" cross-sections of Wbb and W+1,2 jets in the leptons+jets data sample at CDF.  We measure the b-fraction of displaced-vertex jets by fitting the vertex mass distribution of these jets.  We then use the measured b-fraction to calculate the Wbb contribution to our sample.  We finally divide by the total number of W+1,2 jet events in the data.  We do not correct for any detector effects, which is why we consider this a ratio of "observed" cross-sections.
