The following plots were generated using a root script borrowed from the Harvard SecVtx group.
The script was modified for JetProb:
- Primary vertex taken from PrimVtx rather than SecVtx
- Secondary vertex removed
- Tracks taken from JetProb tracks
- Starting point of tracks is calculated as follows:
- An imaginary circle of radius |d0| is drawn around the primary vertex
- Track phi gives direction of track (assumed straight at this scale)
- Find the two points on circle tangent to track direction
- Divide circle in a forward and a backward hemisphere according to jet direction
- If signD0 is +, choose tangent point on forward hemisphere
- If signD0 is -, choose tangent point on backward hemisphere
- For tagged jets, positive impact parameter tracks are drawn red
- ALL other (good r-phi) tracks inside jet are drawn blue
- Added hashed cones representing tight jets in the event
- Missing Et direction is the dotted arrow (no change in script)
- Electron tracks are magenta (no change in script)
- Muon tracks are green (no change in script)
