Soft Multiparticle Production in pp(bar) Interactions at 1800 and 630 GeV


Abstract
--------
This thesis presents the results of a statistical analysis on multiparticle
low-Pt production in the central rapidity region at the c.m.s. energies of 
1800 and 630 GeV.
We have examined some global properties of minimum bias events as a function 
of the event charged multiplicity and total transverse energy. A systematic
analysis of different types of correlations is performed. 
Soft and hard parton interactions subsamples are investigated separately.
The dependence of the results from the c.m.s. energy indicates the presence
of unexpected scaling properties of the soft sample.
