This is my thesis on B -> J/psi K(*)0 X decays.
It is the de-jargonized version of CDF note 5396.
It also includes more theoretical background,
non-blessed Bs results, and an appendix with
suggestions for anyone wishing to do a similar
analysis in Run II.
