Round Table (5 minutes each)
-----------

COT:                      Ashutosh Kotwal (email)
========================================================
The cable length calibration is coming along. Recently it has been delayed
by finding and fixing bad contacts in the cables.

There is also work going on on Stage 0. The plan is to include relevant
degrees of freedom in the model, but not float all parameters on a
run-by-run basis. Parameters related to detector geometry will be
determined once and then fixed. The relevant degrees of freedom have been
identified.

Muon:                     Kevin Lannon
========================================================
No report.

Silicon:                  Steve Nahn (email)
======================================
Only development is that I have a 2600 cpu operating over here and
am testing it. It is faster, and the other (newer) 2600 I had my hands on
looked even faster. We should be paying more attention to
bank definition than we have. John Conway is taking over
reponsibility for 4152 etc next week so I guess I'll chat with him
about C banks and he can push on that. EVB can theoretically handle
100% Occcupancy D Mode, but L3 cannot yet. Jeff Tseng (acc to Ilya) says
he needs to tidy up a few things...

Silicon: Rick St. Denis, Jean Slaughter
======================================
Rick talked about the Silicon commissioning and exercising of the code for
the D bank pedestals. He pointed out that the database key had to be
updated to include the new layering scheme that includes layer 00. So the
D bank consumer is currently broken but should be fixed by next meeting.
The work on Templating that started with silicon, was further developed by
jack and jim on calorimetry needs to propogate back to silicon. Jean said
that they want to get to running the system regularly and will try to get
this stuff working again with Mary and Saverio.

Rick also pointed out that the problem of getting the X banks through the
CSL had been solved by simply removing the number of events collected for
each channel and keeping this only for the FIB as a whole. Work needs to
be done on templating the D bank software that loads SiStripSet and Matt
Herndon will do this.

Database Hardware:        Rick Vidal
========================================
Rick said that the production server is coming along.
He is worried about whether we are converging on the calibration
database software. We need to have a stable production database
by July and he would like us to be installed on the production
server by the third week of May.

Database Software:        Jack Cranshaw
========================================
Jack presented a list of database channel loads and frequencies with
the status of the associated software. It was based on defined or proposed
tables and can be found at
http://www-cdf.fnal.gov/upgrades/computing/calibration_db/list3.html.
There are quite a few holes. Any expert input/corrections is welcome.

A prototype templated version of a D-mode calibration consumer has been
put in the CalibConsumer package in the directory DCalib. A description
can be found on the Consumer web page or the Calibration Database web
page.

Calorimeter:         Vaia Papadimitriou
=============================================
For the first time all 5 components (CEM,PEM,CHA,WHA,PHA) were read out
at the same time. There were various problems during the week for taking
calibrations. The consumer was not accepting events for several days due
to being linked with an old csl library. There were intermittent problems
with the pieces of the calibrations control system. There was also a problem
with the definition of the channel id in the WHAC bank which was fixed.

DBANA/Tools:         Vaia Papadimitriou
=============================================
No time for report.

ShowerMax:                 Steve Kuhlmann
==========================================
no report

Consumer:                  Kaori Maeshima
