Comments, introduction:

Past meetings have shown that is difficult to have
a real discusson among so many people, so this time we
will try a different format, where most of the
focus will be in making sure that everybody is updated
on what is going on (including myself!), and will limit
a short discussion to Q&A mostly for clarification.
I, and the speakers, will circulate some information
in advance to allow active and alert partecipation,
but in the end we will use this meeting to absorb
information and I expect feedback to the offline
management to be mostly provided after the meeting
via voice or e-mail. Most welcome will be via
e-mails to this distribution list that I can
then collate in a coherent scenario.
