SIMULATION, PRODUCTION, ANALYSIS EXAMPLE

This is an example of simulation and following production and analysis. The order of the commands is very important. It is better to do in scratch area since it takes a lot of disc space.

setup CDF Run II environment.

source ~cdfsoft/cdf2.cshrc
setenv USESHLIBS yes

setup the recommended offline software release
```
setup cdfsoft2 recommended_release
```
for example: setup cdfsoft2 6.1.4mc
Create new release
```
newrel 6.1.4mc test
```
for example newrel 6.1.4mc test
```
cd test
srt_setup -a
```
Simulation. cdf2sim_AA_keepList.tcl and geant3_output_banks.tcl are required. In pythia_psimumu.tcl uncomment 'configure output' section to get output file pythia_psimumu.ybs in your results area.

cdf2sim.exe pythia_psimumu.tcl
```
Production. setup_input.tcl, etup_jetReco.tcl, setup_trkReco.tcl, setup_path.tcl, setup_monitors.tcl, etup_output.tcl and run_Production.tcl are required. Change input and output file names in run_Production.tcl. Your input file is ./results/pythia_psimumu.ybs. Your output file is ./results/pythia_psimumu_prod.ybs (note that "./" is essential)

Analysis. besides your own ntuple, you can use the Stntuple to look at data:
- Stntuple and the stnmaker.exe executable

- To run stnmaker.exe, for example you can change input file to results/pythia_psimumu_prod.ybs in run_stnmaker_mc.tcl.
