Schedule for the Review

The committee notes that this is a VERY tight schedule, especially up until the report for charge 1 is due. Whether or not this schedule can be met depends to a significant degree on how smooth the benchmarking process can proceed.

0th meeting: 8/8/01(benchmarking only)
Decided on a set of benchmarks to be run, and who does what.
First meeting: 8/17/01
Second meeting: 8/24/01
Third meeting: 8/31/01
September 1st: try to have the fact finding process mostly completed so that people can have a good look at it all, and start synthesizing for report on charge 1.
4th meeting 9/7 Discuss the recommendation for charge 1. Decide who writes which section of the report.
5th meeting 9/14 Sign off on report for charge 1.
September 20-21st Report 1 presentation @ CDF collaboration meeting.
Friday, October 19th (on-week) public presentations (date to be confirmed)
We'll figure out the agenda for this meeting once we know the results on charge 1.
Thursday, November 1st phone/video meeting of committee to discuss findings for second charge.
Wednesday, November 7th first draft of committee report for charge 2. Give people a couple of days to read it.
Friday, November 9th (off-week) meeting to discuss first draft.
Thursday, November 15th hand in final draft for 2nd charge.
