Subject: Farm milestone

Dan, Marjorie, Liz,

I believe that we have met one of our milestones -- to get the production
executable running on the farm!

As the production group ramps up its activities and better defines its
tasks and interfaces we can define future milestones and how to go about meeting
them.

Subject: Run II Production Executable

Hi, Nov. 29, 1998

I think I figured out how to run the Production Executable.

I just ran it without a problem over the 50 events. As advertised,
it crashed when I try to run over the entire file (100 events?).
When I remove the calorimeter information, then it works over the
full file. I get DST and histogram output. However, even though I
can see the histogram file has binary data, I can't view the plots
in the file correctly. Probably some other bug to be corrected...

The log file produced by the job contains an extensive table with
CPU time information for the various modules (calorimeter, SVXCOT
tracking, etc). This should help us better formulate what tests
and milestones we should set in the future.

Cheers,

Antonio
