Hi Yen-Chu,

    In Run 1 the splitting of DST was also done by the reconstruction
executable.  But the splitting of PAD was done separately.  I'm not
sure about the exact reason why it was designed this way, but I think
that's because PAD files were small and people decided to have more
PAD streams (40+) than DST streams (20+), maybe having more than 60
output streams exceeded the ability of analysis_control.

    If in Run 2 there are again so many output streams, can the new 
AC++ handle it?
