Notes
- Beamlines are not available in CalibExe.
Larry's CemCalibration uses SVT beamlines.

Info is in SVDD bank, code to get beamlines copied from L3BeamSpot.cc.
Claimed to be within of order 10um of the offline beam position.
Requires Silicon to be available: currently checking beamlines are okay with fitstatus flag.
fitstatus flag is determined in the online svtmon code that looks at SVT tracks and determines the beam position in real time.
fitstatus=false e.g. early in a run when there is an
insufficient number of tracks populating the SVX.
For one run seen with no silicon fitstatus was false.
If !fitstaus CemCalibrationModule takes beamline from when fitstatus was good. Else, that read in at start of the job from a textfile which is read out at the end of last job.
