Muon Data Files

Most of these files reside in the muon area: /cdf/data04/s6/tracking/muon/

Real Data

There were sets of files skimmed from collision data last May. We have deleted these and will put specialized sets of events here instead

Beate Heinemann's web page on Secondary Datasets is the first place to look.

See the excellent web pages for the Farms Processing System which list all good runs and lots of other useful information.

The following pages are relatively old, but are still relevant.

For access the J/psi samples, see Yuri Gotra's web page.

For a list of high-PT muon files and the cuts used to select the events, see the W/Z web page created by Petra Merkel, Auke-Pieter Colijn and Doug Glenzinski.

The W/Z samples were skimmed from Greg Veramendi's Express Stream Samples.

Cosmic Rays

An informal skim was made of cosmic rays from Stream J data in mid-August. The requirements were:
  1. Count the number of COT tracks with more than ten hits and PT>3 GeV.
  2. There must be at least one such track and fewer than four.

125268 - 125348 cstrip_j_11.root 1488 4.0.0 cosmic rays. good runs in September before shutdown
