Subject: Creating E banks

Hi,

As discussed at the muon reconstruction meeting
yesterday, we are about to delete the code in
the D to E modules that will produce the
"E" style StorableBanks (for example CMUE).

When we switched from "E" StorableBanks to hit
collections a year ago, we left this code
in to ease the transition.  We do not know
of anyone still using the "E" StorableBanks.
If you are still using StorableBank muon
"E" banks, you should update your code to
use hit collections.

These code modifications should not cause any
build problems.  Existing TCL files that set
the "writeCMUE", "writeCMPE", ... parameters
will fail.  And of course, it will become
impossible to create new muon "E" StorableBanks
objects.

If anybody requests it, we will delay this a little
longer.  If not, the modifications will be reposited
some time in the next week or two.
