More CalibExe Instructions

The instructions to build are at:

and then you can run simply by:

  ./bin/$BFARCH/CalibExe Production/calib/calibexe_dc_streamg_local.tcl

where you should just modify the include file line to point to a
production output file.  On the farm it will run on files that have
been processed with 10A calibrations.  There is also a streamb and streamj
but I believe the L00 calibrations will be derived from stream G.
