(Re)Running Tracking

• In order to rerun tracking you must include the right set of modules, setup the proper path and configure the modules. Since some tracking modules are cloned and run twice this is not straight forward.

• An example of how include them is in the build file given in siCtTracking.cc
• In addition two useful modules are in this program: CT_SimulationModule which sets up the COT code to match simulated tracks and SiCtValidationModule which is the tracking groups Data Quality Monitoring(DQM) module.
• The tracking path should be set up as the path in validate_siCtTracking.tcl
• The tracking should be configured as in setup_trkReco.tcl
