         the fix put back into `mdc2' tag of Gflash,
         CDF2SIM rebuilt on CDFPCA only
         The Gflash header appears in gustep_sim and Geant3Module so gnt 
         and gnMods, tehse packages have also been recompiled
<li> <b> May 10 2000</b>: fix to wgrad_i: order of the evaluation
      of the logical subexpressions
<li> <b> May 08 2000</b>: fix to SvxSim package to add noise to 
      the strips (this makes the resolution finite for n>1 strip
      clusters)
