TRY_Bank_Numbers are generally non-negative integers. They can also have one of several special values indicating the number will match any other number (TRY_Bank_Number::wildcard) or no valid number (TRY_Bank_Number::nullcard), but these special values cannot be stored in a bank. There are otherwise no restrictions on bank numbers.
