Banks V03-04-12 has been reposited and will soon be publicly available.
This version is compatible with the co-released Trybos V03-04-12, and not with
earlier versions of Trybos.

        There are now 159 different banks described by bank classes, with the
first example of a base class describing iterative data access that is re-used
by a number of derived bank classes.  Some of the additional banks were picked
up the by BNK_generate_headers program when a larger set of datafiles was used
as input.  Several bank classes were introduced by hand to use the new
data-access base class.  Eventually many Calorimetry 'D' and 'E' banks will be
available with clearly-named data access methods using data-access base classes
now under construction in the "private" sub-directory.

        In addition to these user-visible changes, the program
BNK_generate_headers has been internally re-organized to simplify the addition
of code to handle more complicated bank types.  It still only handles mono-type
banks and simple, fixed-size, mixed-type banks.  The "src" sub-directory now
contains all the source, scripts, and logfiles associated with running
BNK_generate_headers before this release.
