Hello,

        Trybos V03-03-35 has been reposited and will soon be available.  This
patch fixes simple bank creation, a bug in TRY_Bank_Type(data_size,type_code),
and adds a simple bank creation test TRY_create_bank_test.cc to the Trybos
"tests" area.  Thanks to Joe Boudreau for reporting this defect and supplying
the test program.
