    Trybos V03-04-19 has been reposited and is ready to be newver'd. This
version contains several bug fixes for problems uncovered by Joe B. and Rob P.
Related to these, TRY_IO_Buffer now inherits privately (not publicly) from
TRY_Vector<int4>, and its memory allocation algorithm has been improved
significantly for monotonically increasing Trybos record sizes.

    Some of these changes are to the inline portions of the TRY_Vector<> and 
TRY_IO_Buffer classes.  This may or may not cause a problem with the 
development remake tonight....  My clean recompiles of related products and 
tests today succeeded.
