Attendance:

News:
Now shutdown date is firmly set. Starting on March 1 for 13 weeks.
New record luminosity set on Thursday - 176*10**30.
Since the operating system of the MUON3 was upgraded to Windows XP, iFix system is much more stable in general. For example, iFix has been running for more than 40 days without a crach on Vnode1.
System:
We are planning to upgrade all the iFix computers with the latest iFix software version (V3.6). Mark and Jim will be working on this.
The new version is knwon to be more stable. Also we plan to install 'Norton Ghost' on all the iFix PC's as backup system. Most of the PC's in Cryo area are already running with 'Norton Ghost.'
Another urgent work during the shutdown is to fix hardwares (HV cards etc.) We already requested PREP some manpower for this work.
MUON3:
Yeongdae Shon said he was going to work on the MUON hardware trigger inhibit using the National Instrument card. Steve suggest him to consult with Mary Convery since she has some experience with the NI cards.
CLC:
The CLC computer crashed recently. Steve thinks this has to do with the CAEN527 communication - Caenet. Since we have spare opto-isolators we might use them to improve communication for CAEN527 system.
Icicle:
Margherita said she will try to install new Icicle script to speed up initialization part during the shut down unless she was swampt by other assignments from her department.
