This is a self-extracting archive as well as a zipped file that you can
extract into a folder of your choice. There will then be an install.exe file that you need
to run. First, make sure no other windows applications are running. Then install to the
folder of your choice.
Finally set up the environmental variables lib and include as
indicated by opening the system control panel item and clicking on the environment tab.
You can then add the path as indicated by the install program instructions.
You should then be able to make eda calls in your code.
