NEWS:
Steve reported on the Run II strategy meeting held on Monday.
The January shutdown for six weeks is not confirmed. Accelerator people
hope to get 4x10**31 by November 1.
SYSTEM:
iFIX software upgrade testing is going ok. Jim converted some pictures
to Version 3.0 and they are working fine. We need to get iHistorian and
EDA tool kit.
GAMMA:
A Finnish student is working on APACS readout of Gamma supplies. It will
be ready by next week.
PISABOX:
We need to setup trigger inhibit for Pisabox. We hope Irina (ITEP) would come
soon. In case delay is long, we need to work on it ourselves.
DOCUMENTATION:
John said Andrea's web pages on MNP,BSC and RPS look good. Once again, the
goal is to update documents for all the systems by October 11.
PLUG:
Luciana is now working on ON-OFF-STANDBY switches for plug HV. This will
allow shift crews control PLUG HV from the control room.
