Online Level-3: Performance CPU-Memory
The total percentages should be 200% since we are using dual processor machines. Time is given in seconds. Scale is the performance with respect to the standard level3 node: 2PII,400MHz,128MB,100MHZ and expSc is the expected scaling when comparing tact frequencies. CPU2Ex is the CPU usage for 2 executables. CPUL3n is the CPU usage for the complete l3_node package. MEM is the corresponding for memory.
Since in the first tests some idle time of the CPU was observed we have repeated the tests using global tracking in COT and in silicon. The events take order of 5 seconds to process. CPU is by now not at all idle anymore.
