The XTRP bit mapping and matching algorithm is like this:

XTRP Crack Bit Interpretation

The physical phi range of the four crack bits for a 30 degree wedge at
PHI are as follows:

Bit Def:          Physical Range (degrees):
A CMX Lo Crack    PHI + 0      - PHI +  6 2/3
A CMX Hi Crack    PHI + 6 2/3  - PHI +  15
B CMX Lo Crack    PHI + 15     - PHI +  21 2/3
B CMX Hi Crack    PHI + 21 2/3 - PHI +  30

Calibrationless TOF extrapolation:

PHI_TOF       = PHI_SL6
DELTA_PHI_TOF = 7.5
