The CMU-CMU di-muon trigger has had a 30-50% increase in rate at L1, but no increases were seen at L3. Unbiased data samples didn't show any signs of problems. Mysterious.
A special test run taken w/o L2 or L3 was taken. The simulation said that the data was ok (all data were correctly accepted) and no chamber-level problems were observed, either. The single-muon trigger rate looks ok.
Next: incorporate CSX into the trigger.
Efficiency studies on W candidates show good efficiency for CSX: 1280/1300 W's had good CSX trigger. CMU-CSX is 97.5% efficient
Rate reduction is proportional to the luminosity, and is a factor of 3-5 rejection. All CMX trigger will have a CSX requirement.

Also change the total Fred delay to zero (currently +4 +dialin). JDL will make some cables for the TOF trigger.
