Here are a couple of recommendations resulting from
the TOF Trigger Electronics review.

Since VMEbus readout of the TOTRIB will be implemented
utilizing only the upper 16 bits of the data bus, this
information should probably be run past Frank Chlebana
or Jim Patrick to ensure that there won't be predictable
adverse side effects that result.

When we conduct the TOTRIB PCB review later in October
we should probably also take a look at the Channel Swapper
board.
