Hi Peter, Here's what I remember being interesting or important from Monaday's TOF review. Greg 1) Add DAQ readout - Will need L1 pipeline, L2 buffers, the relevant TS signals from J2 and all 32 data lines. (I'd be happy to lend advice on this. They should start by reading the front-end crate note 2388) 2) They should try to load appropriate pedestal and gain corrections such that there is only one trigger threshold for all channels for a given MIP or HIP. 3) The ADMEM registers will have to be loaded according to the trigger table and/or calibration database. We should give Arnd and co. plenty of lead time/warning. 4) It seems they might have been expecting more functionality from PFRED than is available due to sharing constraints, etc. I think this was resolved. We should make sure the muon matchbox card can do everything they expect as well! 5) I liked the idea that they might want to design the trigger card such that we could switch from a pulse height trigger to a timing trigger if that became interesting ... Overall, I'd say they were in good shape.
