I am attaching a pdf file which describes the changes in the ADMEM
firmware to implement the threshold comparisons for the TOF.

Other than that, I would agree with the main issues brought up during
the review.  It would be a good idea to implement the DAQ buffers using
standard CDF protocol.  And secondly, a thorough review of the PCB
should be done by the PCB Review group before it is manufactured.
