We were supposed to send you comments about the TOF trigger review...

My only comment is that the project seems to be well under control.
I asked questions about dynamic range and triggering  flexibility which
were answered satisfactorily. I think that the only recommendation that
came up was to allow readout of the TOTRIB. Beyond the debugging uses
mentioned, I think that is worth doing to allow future use of the bits in
L2 which could be useful at high luminosity.
