BYPASS PROGRAMMING
These instructions are for experts in case of a need to program a
Bypass boards. Only to be used if Anna Maria is not around.
Send a mail to Anna Maria Zanetti if you re-program a board.
The programming files for the chips Outspy,Spymux,Vme are the same as
the Merger. The only chip firmware that is
different is Arbiter:

The programming file can be found on the FERMI Windows system in:

TO PROGRAM THE BYPASS:
There are three JTAG connectors on the component side of the board to
program
the five Altera chips (look at the serigraphie or to the image below to
know which is which). Just use the lower JTAG connector (I assume
you start from a board programmed as a Merger).
