    There is one Spy Control Board per crate. All of them are
    sitting in slot 3 and are connected in a daisy-chain through
    two front panel connectors labeled UP and DOWN.
    The "Master" Spy Control is the one sitting at the "beginning"
    of the chain in crate 2RR35H-TOP. The "end" of the chain is
    at 2RR35G-TOP where the DW connector remains empty.
