Run 2B TDCs

TDC Task Force
As recommended by the TDC review committee (Sept 2000), a task force has been set up to systematically document all problems with operation at CDF and test solutions to those problems. The task force is led by Ron Moore and Eric James and includes participants from the COT group, Muon group, DAQ Group, PPD Engineering(ETT), and CD Equipment Support (PREP).
