Hi all,

 1. Mel will send us a draft charge, the goal is to agree on it with the
 lab.

 2. Y2K will work with JDL to obtain the trigger rates (RunII actual
 rates overlaid with RunI prediction). We need  Level 1, and Level 2
 rates.

 3. Luciano and Mel will try to estimate SVT performance with multiple
 interactions. The tentative plan is to measure the rate for JET20, and
 than the rate for JET20+n*MBS.

 4. Chris will get us an easy-to-read proposal for the event builder,
 with cost, code writing etc. I do not understand the issues here, so
 please help me.

 5. Y2K will study mass resolution as a function of multiple
 interactions. The plan is to measure the z->bbar mass with different
 amounts of MBS events mixed in.

 6. I need to talk to Richard about XFT trigger rate study. Will report
 later.

 We agreed to meet Wednesday 12:30 in the cloud chamber.
